Description

Kugayama Shiori’s Death Diary follows Kugayama Shiori, a ghost who continues to die again and again—long after her first death. Believing that one more death might finally allow her to move on, she repeatedly reenacts “death scenes,” yet her soul stubbornly remains bound to the world of the living.

Shiori has lost all memories except her name. Who she was, how she died, and what regrets tether her to existence are complete mysteries. Players assume the role of the only living person capable of communicating with her, guiding Shiori as she investigates past incidents involving deaths, accidents, and urban legends in an attempt to reconstruct her forgotten life.

As memory fragments return, Shiori’s repeated deaths lead toward a single, buried incident one that reveals the truth behind her demise. The journey balances occult horror with dark comedy, slowly peeling back layers of tragedy, denial, and attachment as players shape the outcome through their choices.
